SafeFly // Legal

Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective June 10, 2026 · SafeFly is operated by Crypto Melodies LLC (Wyoming, USA).

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto Melodies LLC (“SafeFly,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use SafeFly.

1.Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email, login credentials (passwords are stored only as salted hashes), and profile details you provide.
  • Broker connection: a delegated OAuth access token for each Tradovate account you link, plus the account identifiers, nicknames, and equity snapshots needed to mirror and protect your trades. We do not receive or store your broker username or password.
  • Trading activity: the orders, fills, positions, copy events, and protective stops we process to operate the service, and the trade history shown in your journal.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, amounts, identifiers); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data: log data, IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar technical information — including the agreement-acceptance records (date, IP, and document versions) we keep when you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
  • Referral data: if you join through a member’s referral link, we record the referring member so commissions can be attributed.

2.How we use information

To provide and operate SafeFly (mirror trades from a master account you own into your other accounts on your authorization, place protective stops, enforce the risk limits you set, and produce your journal and analytics), to process payments and referral payouts, to secure and improve the service, to communicate with you, to maintain audit and agreement-acceptance records, and to comply with legal obligations.

3.How we share information

  • Service providers: Tradovate (brokerage connectivity and market data) and Stripe (payments and referral Connect payouts), plus infrastructure, email, and analytics vendors, under appropriate terms.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

4.Cookies & local storage

SafeFly uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in (your session tokens), and we use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser.

5.Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate). No method is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations — including keeping agreement-acceptance and billing records as evidence of the agreements you entered into.

6.Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7.Children

SafeFly is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8.International users

SafeFly is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S.
