Risk Disclosure

Version 1.0 · Effective June 10, 2026 · SafeFly is operated by Crypto Melodies LLC (Wyoming, USA).

Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully. It summarizes important risks of using SafeFly and of trading futures. It is not exhaustive and is not investment advice.

1.Futures trading involves substantial risk

Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Because of leverage, you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose.

2.No guarantee; past performance

No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance of any account, strategy, or of SafeFly itself is not indicative of future results. Journal statistics may be limited, unaudited, or unrepresentative.

3.SafeFly is software, not advice

SafeFly is a self-copy trade-automation tool that acts on accounts you own and control. It is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and it does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or hold your funds. Every trading decision and risk setting is yours, and you act at your own discretion and risk.

4.Self-copy & automated execution risks

  • SafeFly mirrors the net position of a master (source) account you designate into your other (follower) accounts, scaled by the copy ratio, sizing, and limits you set. Your follower accounts’ entries, exits, fills, and results will differ from the source — and from each other — due to timing, price, slippage, available margin, and account size.
  • Copying is automated: orders are placed on your follower accounts without a separate confirmation for each one. You are responsible for every resulting order and for the ratios and limits you configure.
  • SafeFly places a protective stop on copied positions on a best-effort basis, but stops, targets, and trailing stops are ultimately managed by the broker and the exchange. They may not execute at the expected price in fast or illiquid markets, and stop orders are not guaranteed fills.
  • The risk limits, daily loss/profit lockouts, and protective stops are safeguards, not guarantees — they can be affected by gaps, outages, latency, or broker behavior, and should not be relied on as your only protection.

5.Technology, connectivity & third-party risk

Trade detection, copying, and execution depend on third parties (including Tradovate and Stripe) and on internet connectivity, market-data availability, and broker performance. Latency, outages, rejections, or errors can prevent, delay, or alter orders — including the placement of protective stops — and can cause losses.

6.Broker & prop-firm rules

Some brokers and proprietary-trading firms prohibit copy trading, automation, or mirroring positions across accounts, and may restrict, close, reset, or void the account or payouts of users who do so. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of SafeFly is permitted by your broker or firm, and SafeFly is not responsible or liable for any action a broker or prop firm takes against your account as a result.

7.Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your accounts, your risk settings, and compliance with applicable law and with your broker’s and prop firm’s rules. Consider seeking advice from a qualified, independent financial professional before trading. By using SafeFly you acknowledge and accept these risks.
